Financial Crisis

3 August 2011

Daniel 3:12 There are certain Jews whom you have appointed over the affairs of the province of Babylon: Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed'nego. These men, O king, pay no heed to you; they do not serve your gods or worship the golden image which you have set up."

The financial crisis in the world is far from over, the world debt is greater than its capacity to pay. This is true of all countries within which free economy is practised and the tax paying capacity has reached its limits. Yet nobody asks the question, who owns the debt? All the debt are promissory notes that has no actually asset and upon which the governments raise loans that the future wage earners will pay through taxation in whatever form. Added to the financial mix is the investment in futures where an investment is made on the profit of a crop where the seed of that crop has not been planted. This is also used in the investment of oil production, mining or whatever futures one wants to invest in. To cover the potential loss this is underwritten by insurance houses to protect the investment. This process is cyclic debt of ever increasing proportions which future generations will be forced to pay.

Who then in this world debt is the debt-collector? For who ever that person or persons are they have financial control of nations and institutions and as a result have absolute power over peoples destiny. This system of financial control was outlawed through scripture, and when this is allowed it has the destiny to become a god of its own making trapping people into financial slavery. Daniel refused to bow down before this god, and so did his friends.

In order to be truly free we need to be free of debt to any man, we then need to follow the biblical financial principles. Simply if you do not have the money, you do not borrow to buy. This should apply to us as individuals and as a nation.

Be encouraged today to seek financial freedom.

David

Point to ponder: Money makes slaves of men.

Question to consider: Are you free of financial debt?
